3. Keep Track of Important Documents

I love simple solutions that make your trip that much more enjoyable & stress-free. One such solution is passport holders – these things are a game changer, especially when travelling with kids! They’re also great for keeping all your ID cards, train tickets, boarding passes, and hotel cards – basically any card you need easy access to but don’t want floating around in your bag.

4. Make a Master Packing List Before You Pack

When putting together your list, think about where you’ll be going and for how long. For example, if you’re visiting family for a few days, pack a lighter bag with items that are appropriate for everyday activities like brunch and shopping as well as special occasions like church services or family dinners.

If you’re traveling to a foreign country, consider the climate and prepare accordingly. If it’s summer and you’re going to a tropical destination, you’ll want thin-fabric clothing that can handle sunny days and warm temperatures. If you’re visiting in the winter, bring outerwear like gloves and hats that can protect you from the cold.
