The Purpose of House of Tan

As the second home of the Tan family, the House of Tan clubhouse is designed to offer an exclusive and unique space. This clubhouse goes beyond typical luxury, incorporating ingenious interior design, international cuisine, and diverse visual art representations. 

Interior Spaces:

1. The Living Room:

The heart of the House of Tan, the living room, is designed to be a warm and inviting space where members can relax and spend quality time together. The room features plush seating, large windows that flood the space with natural light, and built-in bookshelves that add both functionality and style.

This cozy family room is perfect for intimate gatherings and casual relaxation.

2. The Sports Bar

The Sports Bar is a grand space designed for large gatherings. It can accommodate many guests, making it ideal for events and celebrations. For anyone looking to accommodate a smaller party, there are also three private dining rooms, each uniquely designed to provide a more intimate dining experience.

The Sports Bar  with its elegant setup, is perfect for hosting grand dinners and events.

3. The Tea Room:

The tea room is a serene space dedicated to the art of tea, seamlessly blending traditional elements with modern design. It’s the perfect place for quiet reflection and social gatherings, offering a tranquil environment ideal for hosting meetings, wine tastings, and workshops.

4. The Outdoor Terrace:

The outdoor terrace is a beautifully landscaped area that offers stunning views and a peaceful environment. It’s ideal for outdoor events, barbecues, or simply enjoying a sunny day.

As the day winds down, the outdoor terrace at House of Tan comes to life with its enchanting ambiance. The sophisticated seating arrangements and the glow of the city lights create the perfect setting for a relaxing evening or an intimate gathering with friends and business colleagues.

Designer Insights:

Creating a space that feels both modern and timeless was our main goal. We wanted to ensure that every element, from the materials to the furnishings, reflected a sense of harmony and elegance.

Challenges and Solutions

One of the main challenges was integrating the modern design with the diverse functionalities of the clubhouse. My team and I used a mix of natural materials and thoughtful layouts to create a cohesive look that enhances both the aesthetic appeal and usability of the space.

House of Tan boasts several standout features, including a custom-built wine cellar, a private theater room, and a terrace with panoramic views of the city.

House of Tan is more than just a clubhouse; it’s a sanctuary of elegance and functionality. Each room is meticulously designed to provide comfort, style, and a sense of community.
