These past couple of months, I have been working on an important project that I cannot wait to share – our office design.
Even though I’m a professional organizer, I also work full-time in a role I take seriously, which brings me immense joy.
Today, I want to invite you to this part of my life and share the process I took to design my office for maximum productivity.
My vision – Bringing my office to life
Nothing worthwhile is ever achieved without a clear vision. First, I started by mapping out what my perfect office would look like.
I took the time to imagine what I would need:
a space that would minimize distractions,
an enjoyable environment that inspires me to focus on my work
and office design that would also reflect my personality
I also wanted to create a space where I would feel comfortable spending countless hours, one that would contribute to my overall happiness and well-being.

My philosophy – Less is always more
I am not a big fan of high-maintenance workspaces. I want to keep my desk clutter-free and my office area as simple as possible.
I also want to be surrounded by items that inspire my work, are beautiful, and make me feel comfortable.
Because of this, I decided to get a custom-made wall unit that would offer plenty of storage for my books and essential items.
I also wanted to create a meeting area, and to achieve this, I opted for a round table.
Round tables provide more space and encourage collaboration and interaction, a key element to my success.
A successful office is an organized office
Because I know the importance of organization, I spent a lot of time planning how to best organize my work area.
My favorite piece is this rolling organization cart I got from Hay. It holds various office supplies and they’re easily accessible.
I was also gifted these Christian Dior storage boxes that I love to use to organize my paperwork.
They are sturdy, well-made, and the perfect size for my documents and important files.
Desktop organization – Keeping it clutter-free
I believe that an office should always be tidy, organized, and well-kept to inspire meaningful action. That’s why I don’t like clutter and too much paperwork on my desk.
When you take the time to organize your office properly, you can access the things that you need fast and without any distractions.
I’m also a huge advocate for going paperless, so I keep my important documents on my computer or the cloud.
